Who created the Manifesto?

It was authored by Eric Yaillen, a marketing veteran and servant leader committed to ethical entrepreneurship and digital transformation.


He has lived through the damage caused by hype, hustle, and hollow promises. Like many of his clients, he has trusted “coaches” who overpromised, underdelivered, and disappeared once the check cleared. He's watched far too many entrepreneurs pour their savings, their souls, their hopes and dreams, into programs run by "bro-marketers" more focused on flash than substance.

This Manifesto is a line in the sand. It’s a return to entrepreneurship rooted in honesty, strategy, and service.

It’s a call to build something real; with heart, discipline, and humanity at the center.
