1. What is MegaConnect?

MegaConnect is an AI assistant that works inside your Megafluence Suite (our white-label version of GoHighLevel). It answers calls, handles chat, books/reschedules/cancels, and can take payments, 24/7.

2. Is this a standalone tool?

No. MegaConnect is sold only as a package with Megafluence Suite.

3. Do I need other third-party apps?

No. No other tools are required to get this system to work. However, if you want to expand the capabilities of the system, we offer MegaForce which is a multi-bot tool that includes lead generation and can also include LinkedIn automation. You can also connect with tools such as Zapier or N8N, but that is not required as it is with many other similar systems..

4. What if I already have GHL with another agency?

Your agency can install this system in their agency account for their clients by going to https://megafluence.ai/chat-voice. We have no control over what your agency may want to charge. If you are not happy with your current agency, you can easily transfer everything in your account to us. Let us know how we can help.

5. Does MegaConnect replace my team?

No. We are strong believers in AI Assisted Entreprensurship and HITL (Human in the Loop workflows). When we remove repetitive tasks such as answering phones, triage, scheduling, simple payments), that allows your staff to focus on high-value conversations and more important responsibilities.

6. What does MegaConnect not do (vs. a human staffer)?

It doesn’t call in sick, take breaks, ask for overtime, forget follow-ups, or quit. It runs 24/7 and keeps pace during busy spikes.

Yes. if you enable your processor or use approved payment links. You control what is payable (e.g., deposits, booking fees, balances).

11. Can it place outbound calls and follow-ups?

Yes. MegaConnect can dial leads, confirm appointments, and trigger follow-ups based on your settings.

12. Does it work after hours and on weekends?

Yes. It runs 24/7 so you don’t miss calls and chats when your team is away.

13. How customizable is the voice and tone?

Very. There are over 300 voice avatars included in the system and you can also add your voice clone from ElevenLabs. We configure voices, language, greetings, and brand terms so it sounds like your team.

14. What languages are supported?

A broad set of languages and many voice options are available. You can select what fits your audience.

15. How accurate are answers?

Accuracy comes from a clean knowledge base, clear rules, and guardrails. We set boundaries to avoid off-topic or risky answers and can route to a human when needed.

16. What happens if the AI gets stuck?

It will gracefully hand off to a human or capture contact details for follow-up, based on your escalation rules.

17. Do I get call recordings or transcripts?

You can enable recordings/transcripts where allowed. Use of recordings must follow your local laws and your own policies.

18. Is it compliant with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA)?

We configure data handling to align with privacy laws relevant to your use case. You remain responsible for your legal obligations and notices.

19. Is HIPAA possible for healthcare?

Yes. Both Megafluence and all our applicable vendors/suppliers are vetted and can provide a BAA. That’s only one aspect of HIPAA compliance. Your business, if applicable, has many other responsibilities under HIPAA. If you need assistance with that, we can help there too!

20. What about TCPA/consent for outbound calls or texts?

You must obtain and manage the proper consents. We can help you implement best-practice flows, but we do not provide legal advice.

21. How is pricing structured?

You pay a monthly subscription for the MegaConnect + Megafluence Suite package plus usage-based transaction charges (e.g., voice). Implementation services, taxes, carrier and third-party fees are separate.

22. Do you charge for chat messages?

Chat usage terms depend on your configuration and plan. We’ll confirm your exact pricing in your quote.

23. Are implementation services required?

No. You can Do-It-Yourself and self-activate. If you prefer white-glove setup, one-time implementation fees apply. Depending on the complexity of your implementation, the cost can range from $2,000 to $5.000

24. What if I have multiple locations or calendars?

We support multi-calendar setups in one location. However, if you have many locations, that may require multiple agents be configured. Each agent will incur additional implementation charges, but based on the difference between each location, volume discounts may apply. For example, a recent 45-location fitness center was implemented for about $20K, although each location had its own subscription to the system.

25. Can it handle no-shows and reminders?

Yes. You can enable reminders, confirmations, and smart follow-ups to reduce no-shows and improve show rates. It is not able to mark an appointment as a no show. That would require human involvement, but once marked, the system can handle everything else.

26. Can it qualify leads before booking?

Yes. We can add simple screening questions (budget, location, service type) and route based on answers. We can program the AI to fill in forms and any custom fields you want to have for collecting data.

27. Can it read or write Google Sheets and forms?

It can connect to approved assets (e.g., forms, sheets) within your configuration, without custom code.

Refunds and disputes should be handled by humans under your policies. The AI can share “how to request” steps and route the request.

30. What happens during a service outage?

We rely on cloud infrastructure and carriers. If an outage occurs, we follow provider status, fail gracefully, and resume when service returns.

31. Do you guarantee results?

No. Outcomes depend on your offer, traffic, market, and settings. We help you measure and improve. What we can guarantee is that we most likely would significantly lower your current costs if you have a least 1 full-time person handling the duties of the AI, and because we operate 24/7/365, your customers will be receiving far better service.

32. What industries are a good fit?

Any business that fields calls/chats and books time. Any business that is presently hiring appointment setters and a sales team. One of our associates reduced their sales staff from 12 to 2 people, and one weekend had 120K in sales with zero human intervention (results are not typical).
